Kuşadası

Kuşadası is located on the Aegean coast of Turkey, approximately 90km south of Izmir; the third largest city in Turkey. It is easyily accessible by air through two major airports, Izmir (ADB) 85Km and Bodrum (BDR) 155km. It boasts an international passenger port which serves on average 2400 ships per year and has been host to many large and prominent cruise liners from all over the world: A few being the renowned QE II and also the biggest liner in the world, the Grand Princess.

It's prestigious yacht mariner has a capacity to serve approximately 1545 boats per year. Ideally situated in a bay surrounded by 50km of magnificent coastline, 20km of which are blue flagged beautiful sandy beaches with warm turquoise seas. It is conveniently located in close proximity to all the major archeological sites in the Aegean region, including; Ephesus, The House of the Virgin Mary, Priene, Miletos, Didyma and Pamukkale.

Tourism in Kuşadası is known to have started over thirty years ago in the then small fishing village. Today, it has become a leading tourist resort with its resident population of 47,500, which increases upto 200,000 in the main summer periods. Kuşadası is renowned for it's shopping, colourful and exciting nightlife and entertainment and it's abundance of authentic and international cuisine. Because of its vast choice of shopping opportunities from leather, carpets, jewellery to souveniers, it is a shopping experience to be lived by all. For those avaition enthusiasts, there is a landing strip 15km from Kuşadası which offers a wide variety of exciting activities. There are also three water parks within 10 minutes drive from the town centre, on of them being the largest in Turkey.
