• Key Holding / Winter Checks: Monthly inspection visit to check your property's condition and find the solution in case of any damage in water pipes ,doors ,windows etc
• Cleaning / Technical Support: we can organize a cleaning lady at your request. All cleaning services includes the chemicals and detergents, cleaning items and washing.
• Airport Transfer: If you let us know about the time of your arrival in Kuşadası, we can arrange your airport transfers and the best fare flight bookings.
• Property Re-Sale / Rentals: we can help you to re-sale or rent it while you are absent from the property.
• Property Insurance: we can help you to get the best price to insure your property.
• Furnishing / Decoration: Assist you to find most quality furnitures and whitegoods for your property, making the instalments on your behalf and help you designing your home.
• Additional Services ( as taxi, nanny, rent a car, tour organization etc. )

This basic member package will include your Bill payments, Key holding / winter checks and welcome package If you require for other services please contact us so we can discuss what suits you best and personalize your membership. Bill payment ( monthly electricity, water, phone / internet, community fee, property taxes and visas ) Key Holding / Winter Checks ( monthly checking the condition of the property and finding the solutions incase of any damage / problems ) Welcome Package ( with a notification before your arrival we can make ready your needs as water, bread, milk etc. )

NOTE: ANNUAL FEE 300 EURO (Monthly payments are acceptable. 25 EURO )
